SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ForgeRock®, the leading platform provider of digital identity management solutions, today announced a major milestone in advancing its technology partner ecosystem, in welcoming 54 partners to its ForgeRock Trust Network.
The Trust Network was created to unify ForgeRock’s extensive community of technology partners for customers to seamlessly integrate complementary technologies and realize the highest value from their ForgeRock Identity investments. The program has gained solid traction across the technology spectrum, with special interest from strong authentication, risk and fraud management, identity proofing and identity enrichment vendors.
Ben Goodman, Vice President, Global Strategy & Innovation, said, “The ForgeRock Trust Network for Technology Partners was built to deliver capabilities beyond our own identity platform, and the reception from our partner community and customers has been overwhelming. The Trust Network is unlike the typical ‘partnership by press release’ program seen in our industry, as our partner directory is loaded with integrated solutions that have been certified, to give customers technical confidence and cost predictability. As the identity ecosystem continues to expand, the ForgeRock Trust Network of partners will continue to deliver unmatched innovation to those who use our platform.”
“The pressure on enterprises to deliver personalized customer experiences which are both seamless and secure has never been higher,” said Nico Popp, SVP of Cloud and Information Protection at Symantec, the global leader in cyber security. “With the addition of the Symantec Validation and ID Protection (VIP) solution to the ForgeRock Trust Network, organizations have access to threat intelligence and multi-factor authentication to best serve the needs of today’s customers – service, security, and convenience.”
The Trust Network leverages the ForgeRock Identity Platform’s innovative Intelligent Authentication framework, which enables customers to rapidly integrate homegrown and commercial solutions into their overall identity solution. The Intelligent Authentication framework drastically reduces the time organizations spend integrating technologies and offers powerful flexibility and choice to deliver secure and frictionless user experiences. ForgeRock also utilizes the Intelligent Authentication framework to deliver new innovation such as support for FIDO Web Authentication which enables seamless passwordless authentication.
“ForgeRock continues to show great leadership in promoting standards-based authentication,” said Ramesh Kesanupalli, Co-Founder of the FIDO Alliance. “Native support for the FIDO2 Web Authentication standard in the latest version of the ForgeRock Identity platform is a great step forward. ForgeRock’s Trust Network partners can also leverage FIDO standards to provide even more amplification to our standard."
At Gartner IAM, the Identity and Access Management conference in Las Vegas from December 3-5, many of Trust Network partners will showcase integrated solutions with the ForgeRock Identity Platform. Vendors include NoPassword, HYPR, Socure, TrustedKey, Daon, Trusona, SecuredTouch, Symantec and Imageware, and will be in ForgeRock’s booth - #301.
“We are thrilled to be part of ForgeRock’s Trust Network Program,” said Hakan Nordfjell, Senior Vice President Digital Banking for Gemalto, a world leader in Digital Security. “The integration of Gemalto’s solutions for risk management and strong authentication with the ForgeRock Platform for Digital Identity management enables us both to address the Digital Banking market with a consistent and future-proof offer.”
The program establishes a marketplace where customers can discover third-party identity and access management technologies that are commonly used in conjunction with each other. Clients and partners using the ForgeRock Trust Network also have access to supporting documentation and implementation information and software to enable easier integration of these solutions. Partners commit to keep all of this supporting content up to date with new versions of the ForgeRock platform.
Participating partners can access tools and support from ForgeRock to build and validate integrations of their technology with the ForgeRock Identity Platform. Higher tier members are required to submit integrations for validation via ForgeRock’s own Quality Assurance process in order to receive a ForgeRock certification.
