The company has added Jaime Chambron as executive vice president of professional services, Frank Friesacher as executive vice president of product and Scott Ward as executive vice president of sales. Filament has also promoted Bud Raymor to executive vice president of operations. The new executives will support growth around customer engagement, product development and strategic partnerships.

Jaime Chambron is responsible for providing services for customers including digital business consulting, solution development and training. She brings more than 20 years of technology industry experience. Prior to joining Filament, Jaime was the vice president of customer engagement professional services for NTT DATA Services where she launched a multimillion-dollar high tech co-creation space. Earlier Jaime held management positions in customer success and professional services at RealPage and Ellucian (SunGard Higher Education). Jaime has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning and education technology from Harvard University.
Frank Friesacher leads the development of the company’s blockchain products for the IoT including Blocklet™ embedded software, Blocklet Chip™ and managed distributed ledger technologies (DLTs). His more than 25 years of technical leadership experience spans diverse industries including the IoT, wireless telecommunications, embedded systems, security, telematics, platform as a service (PaaS) and data analytics. Frank was most recently the executive director for the Digital Accelerator group at Cummins, Inc., a Fortune 200 company pioneering industrial IoT and big data technologies for remote power systems diagnostics and tuning. Prior to Cummins, he was the CEO for an aerospace telematics company, founded a series of startups and provided product leadership for QNX Software Systems. Frank holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Scott Ward is responsible for growing revenue through strategic alliances and building the enterprise sales team. He has more than 23 years of experience in enterprise software sales and management of sales and technical field operations across worldwide markets. Most recently he was a vice president at Trustpilot, a Draper Esprit portfolio company that has raised more than $140M. Scott opened Trustpilot’s Denver office and was responsible for establishing the partnership program. Prior to Trustpilot, Scott was chief revenue officer at RxRevu. Additionally, he built sales teams and sold first-release software for companies such as Ping Identity and Perceptive Software. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
Bud Raymor oversees the finance, accounting, human resources, facilities and legal functions for Filament. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading operations for technology and telecommunications companies throughout North and South America. Prior to Filament, Bud co-founded and led operations for Clixie Media an interactive video platform. He also co-founded Tesa Telecom in Brazil, expanded its footprint to El Salvador and Guatemala and helped lead its acquisition. Bud has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
