egetæpper a/s has Tuesday 18 December received the following major shareholder notification from Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond:
In accordance with section 38 and 39 of the Capital Markets Act, statutory instrument 2017-10-31 no. 1172 on Major Shareholders and section 55 of the Danish Companies Act, Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond, company registration no. 82158715, has notified that Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond through its 100 % owned subsidiary, Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S, company registration no. 39995670, until 18 December 2018 has acquired additionally 61,217 B-shares in egetæpper a/s.
Selskabet af 5. november 2018 A/S is 100 % owned by MEDF Holding A/S, company registration no. 36937661, which is 100 % owned by Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond.
Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond already owns indirectly 330,340 A-shares and 1,355,862 B-shares in egetæpper a/s, corresponding to 64.3 % of the Company’s total share capital and 83.3 % of the total number of voting rights in egetæpper a/s through its two subsidiaries MEDF Holding A/S and Selskabet af 5. November 2018 A/S.
The acquisition entails that Mads Eg Damgaards Familiefond by now indirectly owns in total 330,340 A-shares and 1,417,079 B-shares corresponding to a total of 66.67 % of the share capital and 84.38 % of the voting rights in egetæpper a/s.
