("BLOK Tech" or the "Company") (CSE: BLK) (OTC: BLPFF) (FRANKFURT: 2AD) today announces the resignation of President & Chief Executive Officer Robert Dawson, effective immediately. Mr. Dawson has resigned to pursue other business interests.
Mr. James Hyland, Director, will be serving as Interim President. The Company will promptly begin a search for a permanent President & Chief Executive Officer.
