DORAL, Florida, Jan. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Earth Science Tech, Inc. (OTCQB: ETST) (“ETST" or the “Company"), an innovative biotech company focused on the cannabidiol (CBD), nutraceutical and pharmaceutical fields, medical devices, and research and development, today announces its partnerships with communication agencies Les Fous de la Com and Priori System to promote the Hygee™ medical device for the self-screening of Chlamydia.
Per the agreement, Les Fous de La Com will focus on building a strong online presence for the Hygee™ product via a dedicated website, currently under construction, and an open communication channel with journalisms. The website will be written in common language to ensure that all of the members of the target audience – women at risk for contracting Chlamydia – can understand the message.
“It is a privilege to leverage our words and online marketing strategies to contribute to the success of an international health company like Earth Science. More so, we look forward to applying our expertise to the advancement of Hygee™ in the marketplace. The goal of our efforts is to create brand recognition and awareness of the different facets of the product, including its importance, distribution and availability, as well as the associated laboratory testing service, and the importance of testing,” states Denis Foucault, president of Les Fous de La Com.
As previously announced, Hygee™ is a new trademark owned by ETST that will be officially launched at the end of January, barring opposition. Since Hygee™ and the description of its logo are published on the U.S. Patent and Trademark website, interested parties can do a Trademark search on the website using the TESS data base by clicking the button “Find It Fast.”
Priori System will work to endow the Hygee™ trademark with the visibility that will be required to develop partnerships and associations at local, national and international levels.
“We are delighted to work with Earth Science in the promotion of Hygee™, as it stands to improve the quality of life of women everywhere on the planet,” states Priori System President Christian Dumont. “The goal is to bring Hygee™ to women everywhere, making the product and the service so well known that we can finally begin to ease the catastrophe of Chlamydia and other sexually transmitted infections.”
According to the Centers for Disease Control, more than 2 million cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis were reported in the United States alone in 2016, the highest number on record. Chlamydia accounted for the majority of these new diagnoses (1.6 million).
In light of these record numbers, medical literature consistently publishes new papers that recommend more Chlamydia screening in pregnant and young women around the world. ETST believes that Hygee™ is the answer to this global epidemic.
“Hygee™ is a concept that has the potential to revolutionize the way we screen for major sexually transmitted infections. I urge anyone truly interested in this subject to read Chapter 10 of the book Major Infectious Diseases. 3rd edition by Chesson, Mayaud, and Aral. It is available on the web,” states Dr. Michel Aubé, ETST CEO and Chief Science Officer.
Nickolas S. Tabraue, chairman of ETST, adds, “We know that we now have the means to stem the tide of this epidemic. To do that, we need the legislative support of governments and the medical community. But let me be very clear. This will work because we will put Hygee™ in the hands of the women who need it. We are going to give women control over their own testing, and their own bodies. As confident as we are in our product, that is going to take a community, not a company.”
In addition to their focus on Hygee™, Les Fous de la Com and Priori System Marketing will work concurrently to improve the e-marketing of ETST’s High Grade Full Spectrum Hemp Oil Cannabinoids™ and its derivative products. This is expected to increase the Company’s online sales and help to recruit more partner stores.
