Thompson joined Adaptive Solutions in March 2018 as director of strategic accounts. In her new role Thompson will lead the organization’s efforts to expand and strengthen client relationships.

Before that she served as director of channel development in North America for BigHand, a provider of voice and speech recognition solutions for law firms. Thompson served two terms on the Association of Legal Administrators National Business Partner Advisory Board. She has conducted speaking engagements all over the country and has been published in several industry publications. In addition, she has received numerous awards for exemplary sales achievement.
