(“Kivu” or the “Company”), a cyber security consulting firm providing incident response, risk management, and cyber forensics investigation services to companies and organizations worldwide. As part of the transaction, the founders will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the Company and will continue to lead the organization on a go-forward basis. Bow River is looking forward to partnering with management to scale operations, invest in infrastructure, and broaden the Company’s service offerings to support client needs.
