Reporting to Evine’s Chief Merchandising Officer, Michael Henry, Schmidt will be responsible for category guidance and growth of the retailer’s strategy.

Prior to Target, Schmidt held buying roles at Macy’s and Marshall Field’s. Schmidt will join Evine on Feb. 20 to further develop key proprietary brands while collaborating with Evine’s vendor-partner community to amplify and build their assortments.
