Tampa, FL, March 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In an effort to prepare for further growth and expansion while continuing to serve its clients at the highest level, Vector Solutions, the leader in industry-focused eLearning and performance support solutions, announced key Q1 structural changes to the executive team and operations. These changes come on the heels of back-to-back acquisitions of CrewSense and Halligan, and further Vector’s strategy to expand its eLearning and training platform into a complete performance optimization solution.
“These exciting changes reflect that Vector is headed in a great direction and preparing for another milestone year,” said Jeff Gordon, CEO of Vector Solutions. “This organizational shift allows us to meet the changing needs of our clients as our industry-focused technology solutions become increasingly critical to their daily operations. We’re experiencing strong year over year growth, successfully integrating key acquisitions, and expanding our client’s access to real-time data to help them make decisions. We believe these recent structural changes will fuel our ability to continue to evolve as a leading software company.”
Moving into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Marc Scheipe now oversees Vector’s Public Sector Business Unit and Commercial Business Unit. As COO, Marc will coordinate closely with Vector’s Education Business Unit and also focus on defining growth strategy and managing key functional areas within the business units. Marc previously served as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Public Sector Business Unit.
Transitioning from a dual role as Vector EVP of Sales and Marketing and EVP of the Commercial Business Unit, Dave Brown will now serve as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). As CSO, Dave will focus his attention on driving integration and alignment between all sales-related functions and will directly manage Vector’s enterprise sales function, sales operations, and channel partnerships.
Joining the Vector executive team as EVP of Strategic Integrations is Alex Berry, who most recently served as the EVP for Ericcson’s iconectiv business. In his new role, Alex will focus on integrating new acquisitions and products to support growth across the business.
Additional key organizational changes include the creation of a Program Management Office to enhance customer experience and better execute on critical corporate-wide projects, as well as the consolidation of sales operations and customer operations under Vector Centers of Excellence for increased coordination of business units.
