According to data which has AB „Vilniaus degtinė“, Compagne Financiere Europeenne de Prises de Participation (toliau – COFEPP) has crosses threshold of 30% of voting rights of Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits (hereinafter – MBWS) and currently posses 47,08% of voting rights of MBWS. MBWS has 98,9% of voting rights of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“. COFEPP crossed threashold of 30% of voting rights, after Authority of Financial Market (AMF) to granted exemption, by which COFEPP was exempted from obligation to submit tender offer for rest of MBWS shares.
