ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. , March 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On March 30, 2019, US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) will host their “Finding Success in Government Contracting for Veteran-Owned Businesses” seminar. This live event will be held at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club between 1 pm and 6 pm. Tickets for the event are currently available on Eventbrite and they are buy one get one free for $90. The U.S. Federal Government has a variety of initiatives and programs for veteran-owned businesses. This includes the SBA’s Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside (SDVOSB) and the Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) registration. The seminar will focus on how to gain access to these programs and their benefits as well as how to compete in the federal marketplace.
