WorldatWork Partners with Pearl Meyer to Expand Member Access to Salary Data

Scottsdale, AZ, April 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WorldatWork, the leading nonprofit professional association in compensation and total rewards, has launched a partnership with Pearl Meyer, a leader in executive compensation consulting, to give members access to select Pearl Meyer compensation surveys. The information may be accessed through WorldatWork’s Salary Data Center portal.

WorldatWork members now have complimentary access to Pearl Meyer’s CHiPS One World Salary Survey and its Executive Compensation and Benchmarking Survey. The surveys cumulatively represent over 1,200 positions in 200 different job families. Members may price up to 15 positions from each survey and may search the data by role/title, job level, industry, geography, or employment status. Base salary, target and actual cash incentives, and long-term incentives data is provided and can be viewed by percentile. Reports can be exported in PDF or Excel formats and downloaded for further analysis. Each report represents a benchmarked position and job family.

“We are thrilled to offer members this new benefit,” says Scott Cawood, President and CEO of WorldatWork. “For anyone who works in Total Rewards, Pearl Meyer’s surveys are a go-to resource to benchmark salaries that help them, in turn, align compensation with business strategy. We know that our members are always looking for as much real-world marketplace data as possible to set their compensation and rewards strategies. This offering, one in a growing number of compensation comparison tools in our Salary Data Center, enables WorldatWork to deliver ever greater value to our members.”

“The market for talent has grown increasingly competitive,” according to Rebecca Toman, Vice President of Pearl Meyer’s survey business unit. “To attract, retain, and motivate top talent, organizations must understand how their pay programs compare to that of their peers. We meet this need through our portfolio of over thirty surveys which provide data across multiple industries, including banking, engineering and construction, and technology. Through our partnership with WorldatWork we are able to give members the ability to obtain valuable information while previewing the depth of data we offer.”
