NEW YORK, May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Virtas Partners announces the hiring of Michael C. Bellach as Managing Director of its newly established New York metro office. Virtas Partners is a trusted advisory firm with a mission to culturally transform the consulting industry. Bellach will lead efforts to develop and serve an expanding client base in the Northeast, as well as to recruit strategic talent to support Virtas Partners’ continuing growth.

Mike is deeply technical across accounting, finance and M&A issues that are critical to Virtas’ clients including technical accounting interpretation and adoption, restatements, carve-outs, IPO’s, internal controls and financial system implementation. He has operated across a variety of industries including industrial manufacturing, consumer products, retail, life sciences, technology and media.
