Villa Charities Foundation presents an exclusive VIP Luncheon with Formula 1™ Driver Antonio Giovinazzi

Personal appearance by special guest launches Italian Heritage Month programming at the Columbus Centre


TORONTO, May 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Villa Charities Foundation is set to host a memorable charitable event with special guest, Formula One driver Antonio Giovinazzi on June 4. This prominent event will help kick off Villa Charities’ month of June Italian Heritage programming. Attendees of this exclusive luncheon at the Columbus Centre, presented by Craft Development Group and Montecassino Hotel and Event Centre, will have the unique opportunity to meet Antonio Giovinazzi and participate in a Q & A.

The intimate fundraising event will help support Villa Charities’ mission to celebrate and promote Italian heritage, culture, language, arts, food and family values.

Guests at the event can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a Fan Race Experience for two, available through the Antonio Giovinazzi Official Fan Club, which will bring Antonio’s supporters to the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, Italy in September 2019. The winners will attend the Formula One events on Saturday, September 7 and Sunday, September 8 including the Free Practice Session 3, the Qualifying Session (Sept. 7), and the race (Sept. 8). The package also includes return airfare for two to Milan, one-night hotel accommodation and transportation from the hotel to the race circuit.

About Antonio Giovinazzi
Giovinazzi’s racing career began with karting from 2006 to 2012. He drove his career to stardom through the minor formulas, shining in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and the International GP2 series. Giovinazzi switched gears during his last year of karting, taking part in the Formula Pilota China in 2012, where he became champion in his debut season with a total of six wins. From 2017 to 2018, Giovinazzi partnered with Scuderia Ferrari as their F1 third driver.  Antonio Giovinazzi was promoted to a Sauber F1 Team race seat for the 2019 Formula 1 season, as team-mate to Kimi Raikkonen.
