ROCKVILLE, Md., June 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dinocrates Group LLC (Dinocrates) announced today that the State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has awarded the company a master contract under the state’s Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) contract vehicle. As a CATS+ master contractor, Dinocrates can now provide IT consulting and technical services and solutions through a program designed to help state agencies procure IT resources quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively.

CATS+ is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle and is valid through April 21, 2028. State agencies issue task order requests for proposals (TORFPs) and requests for resume (RFRs) in 17 functional areas covering most IT needs. Once an agency has issued its TORFP or RFR, master contractors approved to bid in the chosen functional area may submit proposals and pricing.
Dinocrates won approval to participate in five functional areas:
- FA-03: Electronic Document Management
- FA-05: Software Engineering
- FA-07: Information Systems Security
- FA-10: IT Management Consulting Services
- FA-11: Business Process Consulting Services
