GCC Announces Dividend Payment Date

CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, July 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: GCC*), a leading producer of cement and concrete in the United States and Mexico, today announced that its Board of Directors has determined that the annual dividend authorized by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on April 25, 2019, will be paid on August 15, 2019.

The dividend of Ps. 0.8189 per share comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and previous years. The payment will be made through S.D. Indeval, against the delivery of coupon 15 of the current share certificates.
