In order for Accor to differentiate itself from the competition, they needed to solve for a few key challenges. First, they needed to provide tangible value to customers near and far using the latest technology available. To do this, they needed to create an experience as close as possible to physically being on property, creating emotional connections and a sense of experience. Second, they had to synchronize all of their most valuable sales assets in one place. Coming soon in October will be the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof and Swissôtel Zurich. More key MICE properties will be rolled out in the next months and 2020 within the region including expansion to midscale brands such as Novotel.
