Amplitech (AMPG) today announced that it has engaged Maxim Group as its financial advisor to assist the Company in articulating its growth strategy to the investment community, which includes the development of new products and markets, to reap the potential synergies available from the recently closed Specialty Microwave acquisition, to organically grow the AMPG team/business in both the sales and engineering departments and to selectively consider further synergistic acquisitions.
A goal of Maxim Group’s engagement is to assist the Company in increasing its exposure to the investment community over the remainder of 2019 and into 2020, with an ultimate goal of a potential up-list and capital raise on Nasdaq by the end of 2020. The timing of any Nasdaq up-list process will be dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to: (i) AMPG’s future gross and net revenues, (ii) its future market capitalization and (iii) overall market conditions in the future.
