Liquidation of Baltika Tailor OÜ

AS Baltika, as the sole shareholder of OÜ Baltika Tailor, decided to dissolve the company as of 1 November 2019 and to start with the liquidation proceedings.

On 18 March, 2019 AS Baltika published a stock exchange announcement, in which they announced that they will dissolve the production in OÜ Baltika Tailor during 2019.
