Erria A/S hereby announces that Flemming E. Ipsen and Lotte G. Lundberg have resigned as directors of the board of directors of the company effective November 5, 2019. The company will shortly issue a notice convening a special general meeting with a view to appoint a new director.
Our expectations for 2019 remain unchanged:
Revenue of around DKK 55-65 mio.
EBITDA of DKK -1 to +1 mio.
