Rehoboth Beach, DE, Nov. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Schell Brothers, a new home builder, broke ground on their clubhouse at Peninsula Lakes in Millsboro, Delaware on Friday, November 1st. The lake-side clubhouse will be 8,000 square feet once completed.
With the construction team, current homeowners, and employees in attendance, Schell Brothers ceremoniously placed the first shovels in the ground. The clubhouse will include a foyer with a coffee bar area, prep kitchen, indoor and outdoor bars, a game room, and a veranda overlooking the lake.
