(OTCQB: GRTD) (the “Company”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Home Bistro, Inc. has begun shipping meals prepared and produced from its in-house kitchen and fulfillment facilities recently leased in Miami, FL. The Company had previously utilized the services of third-party co-packers to prepare, produce and ship Home Bistro meals to its customers.
“This is an important development in the Company’s life cycle,” stated Gratitude’s CEO, Zalmi Duchman, “When I joined as CEO in 2018, one of my primary objectives was to transition the Company’s business model from a marketing firm to one that produced, marketed and shipped meals created from our gourmet recipes.” He added, “This evolution allows Home Bistro to price its meals more competitively, more closely manage quality while increasing profit margins. It also provides us with the flexibility to expeditiously bring new culinary concepts to market which is a critical component of our business model today.”
