(“Rent the Runway”) announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 17,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. In addition, Rent the Runway has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,550,000 of its Class A common stock. This represents an increase of 2,000,000 shares from the previously announced offering size of 15,000,000 shares. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 27, 2021 under the ticker symbol “RENT.” The offering is expected to close on October 29, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
