On December 13, 2021, Nuverra announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by Select in a deal valued at approximately $45 million. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Nuverra shareholders will receive approximately 4.2 million shares of Select Class A common stock in exchange for all outstanding shares of Nuverra. The deal is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2022.
