(NYSE: TOL), the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announced the grand opening of Emerson, the company’s new four-story, 188-unit luxury low-rise apartment community in the vibrant Greater New York metropolitan suburb of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. Emerson’s construction started in 2019 and began offering initial occupancy in June of this year.
