DETROIT, Nov. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ascent Cloud announced that it will be updating LevelEleven on Salesforce AppExchange, providing new ways for sales leaders to engage their teams and recognize their achievements.
Notable enhancements include an integration with Microsoft Teams that will automatically send notifications in Teams for key events in LevelEleven such as Milestones and Badges. This enhancement makes it easier to recognize achievements and reinforce the behaviors that drive team performance.
In addition, LevelEleven customers will be able to enjoy LevelEleven’s new Starter Metrics and Quick Start Scorecards. This enhancement provides customers with standardized metrics for common behaviors that can then be used to create Quick Start Scorecards. Now LevelEleven customers can create Scorecards faster and easier than ever before, and sales leaders can then modify these Quick Start Scorecards to fit the unique needs of their business.
