Organized in tandem with the Waukee Chamber of Commerce, the annual holiday was officially declared by Waukee Mayor Courtney Clarke on Nov. 14, 2022.

Committed to being the voice of small businesses, VizyPay launched the Look Local First movement to celebrate entrepreneurs in 2019.
