Effective at the open of trading on May 1, 2023, the Company's common stock will trade on the OTC Pink tier of OTC Markets under the ticker symbol “BLTH”. The Company's previous ticker was “BOXS”. There will be no change to the Company’s CUSIP number, and no action is required by the Company’s shareholders as a result of the stock symbol change.
