Supreme Court Ruling a Win For Building Critical Infrastructure in Ontario

Statement by Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario (RCCAO) Executive Director, Nadia Todorova, in response to the Supreme Court of Canada ruling on the Impact Assessment Act, also referred to as Bill C-69.
