(OTCQX: EMYB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.42 per share, payable on July 12, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 28, 2024. This represents an increase over last year’s dividend and our 15th consecutive year of paying a dividend.
