VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") announced today that it has signed a commercial license (the “License”) with an existing royalty partner (the “Royalty Partner”), who sells a broad portfolio of fruit and vegetable products globally. The License grants the Royalty Partner with the right to use EnWave’s proprietary vacuum-microwave dehydration technology in an unspecified Central American country (the “Region”) for the production of several tropical fruit products. In exchange for the rights granted in the License, the Royalty Partner will pay EnWave a six-figure annual fee (the “Fee”). If the Royalty Partner elects to purchase large-scale Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) drying technology for use in the Region, royalties will then be paid to EnWave rather than future annual Fees.
