What happened?
On or about October 22, 2024, Aspen Healthcare encountered an attempted ransomware attack, which resulted in an unauthorized individual gaining access to medical records stored on the company’s network. Following this incident, an investigation revealed that certain personal information may have been compromised. The compromised data includes names, dates of birth, addresses, insurance identification numbers, health records, and Social Security numbers.
