Leviton Manufacturing Contracts With Juma for IP Telephony System

FARMINGDALE, NY--(Marketwire - June 4, 2009) - Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB: JUMT), a leading IP Convergence firm specializing in managed services, today announced that Leviton Manufacturing, North America's leading producer of electrical and electronic wiring devices, contracted with Juma to design and deploy a multi-location IP telephony system to support its growing commercial and industrial manufacturing business.

Leviton signed a multi-year contract with Juma for the design, deployment and support of a new IP telephony and call center solution.

The IP telephony network designed by Juma will enable Leviton to benefit from enhanced mobility, lower costs and improved efficiency. Advanced communication features will heighten the company's ability to service its international base of customers, distributors and resellers.

The new system is based on Avaya's Communications Manager and includes innovative messaging and mobility features. The solution also incorporates Avaya's Call Management System to provide information and tools that better monitor and analyze the performance of the Leviton contact center operations and, in turn, promote a superior level of customer service.
