Oemer Oezvar has been named Sales Director Germany & Central Europe, based in Hamburg. He came to Vdopia from Smaato (Hamburg) a leading global mobile real time bidding ad exchange and mobile supply side platform, where he had been Manager Sales Direct Demand EMEA since July 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Oezvar held management positions with the European operations of Brightcove, Google, and Oracle.
Richard Sweeting has been named Associate Director, Sales (ANZ) and will be based out of Sydney. He joined Vdopia from VeNA, one of the largest independent video networks operating across Australia, NZ and SEA where he was GM of Sales, Australia. Earlier, he worked at Telstra Advertising Network (Formerly Sensis Digital Media), MediaSmart, ninemsn; Australian Radio Network and started his career at Multi Channel Network.
In India, where Vdopia already has a strong presence, Ajay Prakash Mishra has been appointed Director Operations, APAC based in Gurgaon. He comes to Vdopia from xAd where he was Director – India and Emerging Markets and before that he was Sr. Manager Ad Operations / Client Servicing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mishra worked with CSC, Usha and Hindalco Industries Ltd. all based in India.
