A tenured merchant services leader with a diverse customer service background, David began his career at Discover in 2004 and, in 2006, accepted a position at American Express training new hires and enabling them to effectively manage the accounts of their SME portfolio. Over the next decade, David's role at American Express would evolve from a training coach to Global Merchant Servicing and Operations Leader.
For this position, David has relocated from Phoenix, Arizona to Alpha's headquarters outside of Philadelphia, PA. When asked what motivated him to move across the country for this role, David explains, "Alpha offers its customers something that is abnormal in our industry: the type of boutique, concierge service business owners should expect from their processor."
