Limelight Media Subsidiary Expands Management Team With Two New Execs

Key Roles Will Strengthen Operations and Position the Company for Further Growth

SEATTLE, Aug. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Limelight Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:LMMG), an innovator in the content, creation and management of out-of-home digital advertising and information networks, announced today that it has expanded the management team of it's IMPART subsidiary with two new vice president positions. Scott Campbell joins IMPART in the newly created position of Vice President, Creative and Product Design, and Todd Weaver joins as Vice President of Technology. Both will serve as members of the IMPART executive management team.

Laird Laabs, president of Limelight Media Group and president of IMPART, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Limelight, stated, "As we continue to broaden our product portfolio and expansion into new market segments, it is critically important that we have the highest caliber of leadership to propel our operations for growth and to continue to make IMPART the innovative leader in the burgeoning 'Out of Home Media' sector." Laabs added, "Both of these positions are crucial roles and the combined leadership and experience that Scott and Todd bring to the team provide the added leverage we need at this time."

With more than ten years of advanced development experience at leading organizations, Mr. Weaver brings a broad level of experience to the IMPART Executive Team. Weaver's duties include overseeing development for new products and services, code-based software development, hardware specification and integration, in addition to providing technical strategic advice and overseeing Information Technology implementations. Weaver is "multilingual" in most software programming languages and operating systems and most recently served as the senior development engineer for Amazon.com, where he led development for large account services including architecture, configuration and deployment. Among other positions, Weaver's seasoned background includes the role of internet developer for the American Lung Association and serving as the lead developer for Entertainment Works, where he handled Web-based applications and developed movie trailer kiosks for the entertainment business, which is particularly well-suited to Weaver's duties at IMPART.

As Vice President in charge of Creative and Product Design, Campbell is primarily responsible for overseeing the creative content and functional design layout for the iPoint Network(tm) Interactive platform and the new 4006 Digital Signage platform. As the point person for ensuring that IMPART creative and product design investments are aligned with its strategic business objectives, Campbell will research, evaluate, advise and consult with the executive team on new concepts, new products and technology market trends. As the former Principal of SmithCampbell, a product management and design company, Campbell developed product management tools and invented a high-speed information gathering tool to winnow company mission, business goals, managerial goals and consumer needs into a cohesive mission document to drive product design. Campbell also served as Vice President of Product Management at xSide, where he is named on six design patents and his team developed products for Sony, AOL and Disney. This experience in addition to his work at Ark Interface/Packard Bell/NEC and Adobe/Aldus Corp. helped Campbell develop an expertise at building strong teams with a focus on setting strong goals to meet sound business practices. Campbell is a BFA Filmmaking graduate of Evergreen State College and attended Parsons School of Design.
