Denver Marketing Firm Introduces Marketing Model That's Getting Results

Red Tree's 'Resultant' Business Model Bears Fruit Faster and at Lower Cost for Marketing and Advertising Clients Than Traditional Agencies

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - November 15, 2007) - In the first hour that Sun City Texas' new model home center was open for pre-sales, the marketing campaign designed by Red Tree Resultants generated 23 sales appointments and helped produce higher than expected home sales during the three-week marketing campaign. All this in one of the worst housing slumps in the nation's recent history.

Red Tree Resultants is leading the marketing/advertising industry with a new business model that produces better ideas, better strategies, and ultimately better results for their clients.

"Too many advertising agencies today have shifted away from a strategic focus on getting results to an executional focus on developing really cool ads," says Brendan Miller, founder of Red Tree. "Our business model begins with the result the client seeks, and then we turn that into a marketing strategy. Once the client agrees on the strategy, we unleash our creative partners to solve the problems while we shepherd the process of implementation."

Pulte Homes of Austin, Texas, is working with Red Tree to grow sales of its Pulte branded communities throughout Austin as well as Del Webb's Sun City, Texas, community outside Austin. Red Tree Resultants is also working with local home builder Century Communities, as well as Qgenisys, one of the nation's leading companies in helping technology firms better manage their lead and prospect data.

"Our Resultant model is a significant departure from the rest of the industry," explained Bob Mazerov, Red Tree's co-founder. "We have developed a proprietary worldwide network of creative experts that we call upon to engage in the Result. We never refer to it as advertising or marketing communications; we refer to it as the Result. It's a faster process, less expensive, and allows us to provide our clients better ideas."

The Resultant model is one that Red Tree has pioneered and differs from agencies that rely on freelancers.

"We have developed a unique proprietary network of creatives -- writers, designers, artists, art directors and creative directors -- who collaborate with us to develop superior results," said Miller. "It's not 'outsourcing' because we're not giving the work to a distant vendor and asking them to execute it; we're sharing a strategy and asking for their best thinking -- their innovation. The model works efficiently and is getting results."

Also unique in the Red Tree model is the company seeks to be paid on a combination of the work and the results and not the media commissions. That makes the company's resulting work more effective and keeps the company media-neutral rather than simply purchasing advertising that generates commissions for the agency whether or not it is in the best interest of the client.

Egg and I Restaurants, one of the nation's fastest growing breakfast and lunch chains, has contracted with Red Tree Marketing Resultants to help grow their brand.

"We began by first understanding the mission and goals of the Egg and I Restaurants, then by listening to their customers," said Mazerov, a 30-year-plus veteran of marketing and marketing research who has a long history of shepherding major national brands like Pizza Hut, Wal-Mart, AVIS, and has crafted marketing strategies for some of the world's leading brands. "Our worldwide creative resources and insights from our own research team lead us to developing refreshing collateral and specialized promotional campaigns to help Egg & I continue its upward momentum."
