I-Behavior Partners with Brazilian Data-Driven Marketing Leader Alphabase to Provide Digital Marketing Services in Brazil

Louisville, CO, Aug. 27, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- I-Behavior, the premier provider of database marketing and behavioral targeting services has partnered with Alphabase, an interactive marketing solutions provider, part of Brazil's Abril Group, to provision Alphabase's audience segments for use in targeted online display advertising. I-Behavior's Zipline DMP will allow Alphabase to market its digital audience segments, based on demographic, psychographic and behavioral data, to ad networks and Demand Side Platforms (DSP) throughout Brazil. They, in turn, can leverage this rich data for targeted online display advertising to a broader network of advertisers.

Brazil represents one of the largest and fastest growing markets of Internet users, with Brazilians aged 25-44 spending more time surfing the web than the average user worldwide, even across Europe and North America, according to comScore's Brazil Digital Future in Focus 2013 report. "We see Brazil as the next big opportunity for digital audience and DMP services," says Stacy Volpe, Managing Director, International for I-Behavior.  With the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Olympics in 2016, both taking place in Brazil, we felt the timing was right to expand our services into this market and offer advertisers highly targeted audiences for online display advertising. Alphabase is the perfect partner to join us in this initiative." ComScore ranks Alphabase's parent company, Abril Group, as one of the top ten web properties in Brazil based on total unique visitors and display ad impressions. "We are excited about the opportunity to leverage our rich data assets to create targeted digital audiences to marketers around the globe who want to reach consumers in Brazil." says Marcia Asano, Alphabase Managing Executive. "We've known about I-Behavior for many years and have watched them translate their success in direct marketing to the digital arena, so we knew they were the right company to partner with us," says René Agostinho, Alphabase CEO.
