Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj’s Board of Directors has decided that the 2000 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2001 at the Pöyry house in Vantaa, Finland. The decisions made by the Annual General Meeting will be announced immediately after the meeting.
Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj will observe silent time prior to announc-ing its results. The silent time periods in 2001 are as follows:
January 30 – February 13
April 20 – May 4
July 20 – August 3
October 19 – November 2
