Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on February 3, 2004 that as a result of transactions concluded on January 30, 2004 the total holdings of funds under the management of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC have increased to above 1/20 of the share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
The holding of funds under the management of Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC, 40 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA 02210, USA, amount to 700 974 shares, i.e. 5.02 per cent of voting rights in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
The registered share capital of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj comprises a total of 13 966 901 shares entitling to a total of 13 966 901 votes.
