The 69 600 new shares subscribed with stock options 2004A and 2004B in April 2008 pursuant to the stock option programme 2004 of Pöyry PLC have been registered in the Trade Register on 25 April 2008. Following these subscriptions, the registered total number of authorised shares increased to 58 722 214. The new shares will be joined to the old shares and will be available for public trading on the main list of the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki on 28 April 2008.
The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on 1 March 2007 and will end on 31 March 2010. A total of 213 768 shares have been subscribed with stock options 2004A by 21 April 2008.
The subscription period for stock options 2004B started on 1 March 2008 and will end on 31 March 2011. A total of 29 600 shares have been subscribed with stock options 2004B by 21 April 2008.
