Heijmans N.V. (construction and related activities) announces that its chairman, J.P.M. (Joop) Janssen, Chartered Accountant, has sufficiently recovered to resume his duties in part as from 1 September 2000. It is also announced that Heijmans N.V. plans to appoint Mr. D.A.M. (Dick) Van der Kroft (1956) to the management board effective 1 December 2000.
Heijmans will publish its results for the first half of the current financial year on 7 September.
