The corporate assembly of Norsk Hydro has today re-elected the shareholders’ representatives
to the company’s Board of Directors.
They are:
Einar Kloster, Chairman
Borger A. Lenth, Deputy Chairman
Anne Cathrine Høeg Rasmussen
Egil Myklebust
Benedicte Berg Schilbred
Tom Wachtmeister
The employee representatives not up for re-election this year are:
Gudmund Per Olsen
Odd Semstrøm
Per Wold
Einar Kloster and Tom Wachtmeister will step down from the Board in the course of 2001.
