Circ re.Norway's Supreme Court rules in favour of Norsk Hydro


The Norvegian Surpreme Court has Feb 7, 2003 unanimously decided to accept Norsk Hydro ASA's taxable treatment of group contribution for the year 1993. Hydro will be reimbursed NOK 177 million in taxes and NOK 148 million in interest, which will be recorded in first quarter 2003 results.
