(OTCBB:LMMG), announced today that it will begin to market an innovative state-of-the-art media measurement system throughout the United States outdoor advertising industry. OTR will begin immediately to incorporate these systems and services into advertisers' schedules enhancing its competitive position in client media planning and schedule performance servicing.
