Javier most recently worked at DDB in Venice, CA as the management supervisor for Ameriquest Mortgage Company where he helped reposition their Hispanic effort successfully. He is also credited with expanding Chevron's integrated Hispanic advertising and marketing program which included the successful execution of mass-media campaigns, promotions, community marketing and public relations. In his 20-year advertising career, Javier has also worked with blue-chip clients Pepsi-Cola, Nestle, Kraft, American Airlines and Kellogg's.
HBRA established Publicidad en Espanol in 1989 and specializes in developing retail programs that connect with Hispanic consumers via integrated marketing programs. Publicidad en Espanol created the Ralphs Hispanic Vendor Program to assist grocer and client Ralphs welcome Hispanics into their stores and communicate the benefit of becoming a Ralphs customer.
