Cardelucci, a JLOCC member for 22 years, has served twice on its Board of Directors. She has participated in community service projects and chaired the JLOCC's largest annual fundraiser, The Christmas Company. Under her leadership, The Christmas Company achieved its most profitable year in its 35-year history. She also has been active in growing the organization's membership.

Cardelucci's JLOCC community project work has included participation in StopGap, an alcohol awareness program for students in Orange County elementary schools. She has also taken part in Impact Orange County, which offers "done in a day" services to nonprofit organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club. As a sustaining member of the JLOCC, Cardelucci has acted as an advisor for various committees over the years. She has involved both of her daughters in these efforts, virtually since their births. Last year, her daughters Jessica and Catherine, now graphic design professionals, donated their print layout and design services for materials used for The Christmas Company.

"I live by the motto 'learn, grow and excel, and lead by example,' says Cardelucci. "You get back what you put into things, which is one of the many benefits of volunteering. I've met many people in the community who have become lifelong friends." She is a Corona del Mar resident who is an experienced equestrian. She also works with her husband Mark in their business, REO World.

JLOCC's members actively support the community through collaboration with other Orange County nonprofit organizations. This year the JLOCC's efforts are directed on behalf of the community in conjunction with groups including the Second Harvest Food Bank Backpack Program, Crittenton Services Connect Program, Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) Reading Program, Olive Crest Kinship Support Services Program, and the League's Bear Hugs and Bear Necessities Program. The JLOCC members also conduct done-in-a-day volunteer projects through Impact Orange County.
