Infusion Brands International Builds Distribution Alliance With Varo

Grants Exclusive Distribution Rights for DualSaw(R) Technology and Brand in European Retail Locations


CLEARWATER, Fla., April 20, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infusion Brands International (INBI.PK) – a global consumer products company – continues to expand its presence in the European market through its most recent global distribution alliance with Varo. This private label and co-branding license agreement grants distribution rights for the DualSaw technology through several of Varo's most successful retail partners.

DualSaw, an engineering wonder with two blades that simultaneously rotate in opposite directions, has become one of the most successful products launched via direct response television since Infusion Brands took over product distribution in 2009. Varo first became interested in the innovative consumer product after seeing it on exhibition at the recent International Trade Fair in Cologne, Germany.

Varo is a leading distributor of power tools in Europe. This agreement provides Varo with an exclusive distribution agreement for certain retailers worldwide, including Aldi, Aldi International and Lidl, representing more than 18,000 stores. This agreement also allows for additional retail and geographic distribution channels in the future.
