BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwire - Jul 31, 2012) - APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will be adding over 100 jobs in its Mendota Heights, Minnesota, location effective immediately. The expansion is due to growth in support of key business segments for clients in both the technology and retail service segments. The positions are primarily for technical support and customer service associates supporting some of the most recognized, innovative brands in the world.
The immediate openings are for all facets of sales, customer service, technical support, and on-line trouble-shooting. Products supported will include applications for personal electronic devices, video gaming, and retail electronics. The open positions include both senior-level and entry-level positions and are available for those who have highly advanced technology user-skills as well as those who have a basic level of PC proficiency. All of the positions are full time with multiple shifts available during the hours of 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday-Friday and weekends 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Comprehensive health (including dental and vision), a 401K program, and other benefits are offered. In addition to a competitive salary, individuals in these positions may also earn incentive pay and products based on individual and team goals.
